By creating an account and using this portal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Call bookings are paid services processed through Stripe. Cancellation policy: calls cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Calls cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at Edufy's discretion.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents submitted. Submission of fraudulent documents may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Edufy Canada Inc. provides education consulting services and does not guarantee admission, visa approval, or immigration outcomes. Our services are advisory in nature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
