Edufy Canada Inc. ("Edufy", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Client Portal.
We collect personal information that you provide directly through the portal, including: identity information (name, date of birth, passport details), contact information, education and employment history, financial information, immigration history, and uploaded documents.
Your data is stored using Base44's cloud infrastructure. Servers may be located outside of Canada. By using this portal, you consent to the storage and processing of your data on servers that may be outside your jurisdiction.
We retain your personal information for a period of six (6) years from the date of last activity, in accordance with applicable regulations. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.
Under PIPEDA and BC PIPA, you have the right to: access your personal information, request corrections, withdraw consent (subject to legal obligations), and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
